Johansson takes a stroll down memory lane, reminiscing about her first leading role in the movie Manny & Lo back in 1996. At just 12 years old, she attended the premiere dressed to impress in a vintage dress paired with a fur-cuff sweater. She acquired this outfit from a nearby vintage store called Dorothy’s Closet in downtown New York, which used to set aside vintage children’s clothes for her. Johansson reminisces that the look is still on-trend and something she would wear today.
As Scarlett Johansson’s popularity in Hollywood increased, she began to experiment with her red carpet attire. One of her memorable moments was at the 2004 Met Gala where she wore a stunning yellow Calvin Klein dress. Speaking about her fashion choices, Johansson revealed that she feels more confident and willing to explore different colors while on the red carpet.
During the 2021 American Cinematheque Awards, the celebrity chose to go for a simplistic and clean look by wearing a white Versace suit with a fitted corset.
