Paired with chic black heels, Cyrus looks effortlessly cool.

Later in the video, Cyrus switches things up and steals the show in a daring sheer black catsuit. This bold look is sure to make heads turn and solidify Cyrus as a true fashion icon.

In her music video, Miley Cyrus is seen sporting a retro fluffy blue jacket that gives off major ’90s vibes. The jacket is a vintage 1997 B.Christensen Mongolian Wool Chubby originally worn by Linda Evangelista on the cover of Vogue. Paired with some statement accessories, Cyrus completes her bold look with Monies lucite earrings and an oversized 2004 Dior by John Galliano lucite ring. These accessories, as big as her hair, perfectly embody the over-the-top energy of the music video.

When it comes to having hair that commands attention, Cyrus never fails to deliver. Her hairstylist Bob Recine, who has been a longtime collaborator with the singer, once again worked his magic for the Grammys. Just like he pumped up her locks for the award show where she scored her first Grammy Awards, he did the same here, giving her hair all the volume it needed.

Recine shared with PEOPLE his creative process for Cyrus’ Grammy look, saying, “I’ve been teaming up with Miley for quite a while, and this time around, we aimed for something new and fresh. We wanted to capture a ’70s, Barbarella vibe while also infusing it with a modern, edgy twist. By playing with big hair and leaving some teasing visible, we managed to keep the look sassy and sexy.”
